Welcome to Collective Cyrcle LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website and buying from us. Please read them before you place an order. By using https://collectivecyrcle.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Collective Cyrcle LLC (legal name: Collective Cyrcle LLC). In these Terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean Collective Cyrcle LLC. "You" and "your" mean anyone who visits the site or buys from us.

We are an online-only store that sells programmable outdoor lighting, light fixtures, event lighting and small home electrical items to homeowners, DIYers and event hosts. We have no physical storefront or showroom, so every order is placed and handled online.

2. Using Our Website

You may use this site to browse products, learn about them and place orders for personal or business use. When you use the site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent
  • Try to get into parts of the site, our systems or other customers' accounts without permission
  • Upload or send harmful code, spam or anything that disrupts the site
  • Copy, scrape or resell our content, product descriptions or images without our written permission

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian needs to place the order for you.

We may update, pause or change any part of the site at any time.

3. Your Account

If you create an account, please keep your login details private and your information up to date. You're responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has used your account, email us at info@collectivecyrcle.com right away.

4. Product Information

We try to describe our products clearly, including fit, length, power needs, weather rating and app or remote control features. Colors on screen can look a little different from the real product, depending on your device and display settings.

Before you buy, please check that the product suits your space, power supply and setup. If you're not sure about a measurement or whether something will work for your project, email us and we'll help where we can.

5. Installation and Safe Use

Many of our products connect to household power. You're responsible for installing and using products safely, following the instructions that come with them and any local building or electrical codes that apply to you. For hardwired fixtures, doorbells or any work on your home's wiring, we recommend hiring a licensed electrician if you're not confident doing it yourself.

6. Pricing and Errors

All prices are shown in US dollars ($). Prices do not include sales tax. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping costs, if any, are also shown at checkout before you pay.

We may change prices at any time without notice. A price change won't affect an order we've already confirmed.

Sometimes a mistake slips through, such as a wrong price, description or stock level. If we find an error after you've ordered, we'll contact you and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

7. Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the products in your cart. After you order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. Your order is accepted when we ship it.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens after you've paid, you'll get a full refund to your original payment method.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email info@collectivecyrcle.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can't change it, but you may be able to return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Payment

9. Shipping

We ship within the United States only, using USPS, UPS and FedEx. Here's how timing works:

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days before your order ships
  • Transit time: 3-5 business days once shipped
  • Total delivery time: 4-7 business days from order to delivery
  • Free shipping: on orders of $75 or more

These are estimates. Carrier delays, weather and other things outside our control can sometimes slow delivery. Ownership of the products and the risk of loss pass to you once they're delivered to your shipping address. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

10. Returns and Refunds

You can return items within 30 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

The following items can't be returned:

  • Installed or used items
  • Custom-cut light strips
  • Clearance items

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and layout, belongs to Collective Cyrcle LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our site may link to other websites or use outside services, such as payment providers and shipping carriers. We don't control those sites or services and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

13. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Apart from what is stated in these Terms and in our other store policies, and to the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no promises about the site being free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the State of Oklahoma that can't be waived.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Collective Cyrcle LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that come from using our site or products, including losses caused by improper installation, misuse, or use against the product instructions or local codes.

Where the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to cover Collective Cyrcle LLC for any claims, losses or costs that come from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or our products.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or your orders will be handled in the courts of Oklahoma, unless the law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies whenever you use the site or place an order. If you keep using the site after we make changes, that means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still apply.
